The key account manager oversees projects and business relationships with assigned accounts, exceeding customer’s expectations. The Key Account Manager is the gate keeper between the customer and the internal departments of Lucerne International, working on behalf of the customer to deliver requirements on-time, with high quality, flawless product launches.
The program manager is responsible for the execution of one or more simultaneous products under development according to the released Product Life Cycle/Gate Review process from program approval through volume production.
This position is the single point “voice of the customer” supporting the Quality Manager and Program Manager leadership and program teams. Central focus to the organization regarding quality issue arising at the customer. Primarily focused on customer quality issues in production.
The accounts receivable clerk is responsible for the accounting of funds being paid by customers to the organization. This role also serves as an auditor, ensuring that invoices are accurate and that proper accounting procedures are followed to account for the payment for goods and services completed by the organization.
