Karen Ryan is the Finance Manager at Lucerne International, Inc. She joined the organization in 1996 starting as an Administrative Executive Assistant where she quickly moved up the corporate ladder into various roles including Warehouse Manager, Material Planning and Production Manager. Karen is currently responsible for the day to day financial matters of the organization and oversees the department of finance, accounting, budgeting, consolidation of affiliate data and corporate accounting systems.
Known for her attention to detail, Karen thrives in her role because she values the independent work and the ability to set and accomplish goals. She has a talent for reconciling differences and is a friendly and genuine colleague.
Karen received her Bachelors of Science, Secondary Education, English Language & Literature from Eastern Michigan University. She was actively involved in several campus honor societies and graduated Cum Laude.
Karen is an avid reader of mystery novels and enjoys playing softball during the summer months. Karen is the mother of two beautiful children who keep her very busy. Karen and her husband, Patrick, enjoy camping and boating.
