Mark Kowalczyk is Plant Manager for Lucerne International in Auburn Hills, Michigan.
As plant manager he is responsible for daily operations and oversight of employees, production and efficiency. Prior to joining Lucerne International, Mark was in the building industry were he ran several lumber yards and has also worked for a tier one auto supplier for several years. Mark most recently worked as Director of Human Resources in the Healthcare Industry where he oversaw employees, benefits and was responsible for employee engagement. Mark graduated Summa Cum Laude from Oakland University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources. Mark specialized in employee training and development and work site negotiations.
