The facility, previously known and operated as Morgan Machining LLC, was acquired by Lucerne in 2022 to localize overseas components while producing lightning-fast assembly, machining and finishing services for our customers in North America.

Prior to the acquisition of Morgan Machining, a women-led business for over 20 years, the facility provided its customers with high quality solutions to their machining needs and specialized in CNC milling and turning.
